How do I make a purchase on infinitestatue.com?
Once you have selected one or more present objects from our catalogue you must  have to add them to your electronic shopping cart clicking on the "Add” button; when you are ready to send the order you will have to enter your personal data for the invoicing and delivery procedures you should register for future purchases and follow the instructions to conclude your order with the selected payment.

How can I pay using secure methods?
We accept two forms of payment: by credit card, prepaid cards and cash cards (using Bankpass Web and Pay Pal) or with bank transfers made in advance (see next point below). All transactions are secure and protected by special servers and all data you transmit is encrypted using fraud protection methods.

Money transfer

If you choose the payment with advance money transfer with your bank, you must wait the accomplished transaction (process usually takes between 4 and 10 working days).
In your confirmation email order you will receive all the necessary information for the payment.

Credit Card directly to Infinite Statue
You can directly pay with Credit card to Infinite Statue with the simple communication the information of your credit card by fax or through two separate e-mail (dividing the number of card in two e-mails plus the expiration date and SN) ATTENTION need the following information:
- CARD NUMBER
- NAME ON THE CARD
- EXPIRATION DATE
- SECURITY NUMBER (see image below)
Credit card will be charged ONLY before the consignment of your purchase.

Informative on Privacy
Informative note in pursuance with L.D. 196/03 which provides the personal data processing Code.. Your email address will be electronically processed in compliance with maximum confidentiality standards and used exclusively for marketing/administration purposed by Infinite Statue S.r.l.. In pursuance with Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03,  you are entitled at any moment in time to request the Personal Data Controller to provide information on the processing of your personal data, the methods used, the purpose of the same and the applicable logic, further to:

1. Confirmation as to whether or not the data exists, the communication of the same and their origin;

2. Identity information on the Data Controller and those Persons in charge of Processing Data further to all subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of such data in their capacity as Designated Representatives or Persons in Charge of Processing;

3. updating, rectification or integration of the collected data;

4. The erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data which has been processed unlawfully;

5. certification to the effect that the operations indicated in items 3) and 4) above have been notified to the entities to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared to the right that is to be protected;

6. To oppose: To the processing of data, despite them being pertinent to the purpose of collection, for legitimate reasons; to the processing of personal data for market research or business communications.

How do I receive my purchases and after how long?
Infinite Statue places great value on your purchases and for this reason it only ships good using a private express courrier For the national consignments we mainly use GLS (www.gls-italy.com) and for those international (depend of nation) also with TNT (www.tnt.it) It's possible to track down and follow your consignment 24 a day from the moment it leaves the warehouse. The times of delivery vary according to the places: for Italy (except Calabria and Islands) middly in 24 hours. On request it is possible to arrange with the courrier a telephone pre-notice or a programmed delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
This depends on the type and quantity of statues and/or products that you purchase and according to the weight/size of the packaging. A multiple purchase of 2/3 statues will reduce delivery costs. In the case of a single purchase we have tried to standardise costs for the whole of Italy except the islands which will have a slight difference in price. When you are finalising your purchase you can see the final or estimated shipping costs online. For orders abroad,  during the order process it will be possible to have an estimated shipping cost, and the exact cost will be sent to you in the “Order Confirmation and Shipping” email.

What do I have to do if receive a damaged object?
All the packaging used for our products have been designed and tested to provide maximum protection during transport. If when you open the internal protective packaging you notice some damaged parts, please notify us by e-mail (within 48 hours from receiving the object) to the address and we will organise for our courier to collect the goods. Once we have received and examined the goods, we will send you a replacement at our expense. In the case where the same object is no longer available as it is no longer in stock,  you will have the possibility to choose an object of equivalent value or request a refund.

How should I look after a statue in resin?
It is important to remember that as these objects are made from resin (or Polystone) they have a resistance equal to that of ceramic, therefore in certain  points they can be extremely fragile: it is essential to open the packaging with the utmost of care,  and possibly by an adult person or under the supervision of the same (the statues are, as indicated on the packaging, not suitable for children under 14 years of age). Some require a little assembly (some figures need to be inserted into the base with small pins which disappear under the statue): great care must be given to this operation and it should be done slowly: never force the parts (which can only be inserted one way),  rotate them or try to place them in a position other than that indicated in the instructions.

How do I clean a resin statue?
Use a soft and dry brush to eliminate superficial dust, whilst you can use some water and neutral soap to remove marks or fingerprints:

ATTENTION never use chemical solvents or methylated spirits or trichloroethylene or similar products!

How can I repair a resin statue?
In the case of an accident you can use instant action glue for ceramics or glass, use a small amount to avoid it running onto the painted parts as it is very difficult to remove.

What is a Limited Edition?
Most of the objects designed and created by Infinite Statue are “Limited Editions” and individually numbered, this means only the number indicated on the product information sheet have been made  (for instance Limited Edition 338: of that object only 338 samples have been made and placed on the market). Once stock runs out, no more will ever be produced: the original mould is destroyed. For every statue there is a unnumbered batch which are “artist proof” and never exceed 15 copies and are destined to the authors, collaborators and our private storeroom.
In certain cases there are Limited Edition productions which are not individually numbered.

Which thing is the "pre-order"?

When an object is in "Pre-order" means that currently he is not
available in our warehouses and therefore could not be shipping,
but with the "Pre-order" you can adjudicate it from now.
All the pre-orders will be execute in the order in which they have
been receipts, and until to expired of the product.
No payment will have to be made in pre-order case: at the moment that
the product will be available and ready for shipping you will
receive the final order that will comprise also shipping cost.
Attention: during the pre-order the shipping cost will turn out "0"
(zero) and you will receive the total in the final order.
